     How  we  feel  about  ourselves  everyone.  Even  to  try  is  a  useless  losing  battle.

     We  can  ask  no  more  of  ourselves  than  to  follow  our  own  inner  voice,  doing  the  best we  can  with  each  day.   Then  we  are  fine  exacly  as  we  are.   We  can  be  pleased  with ourselves,  and  that  is  all  that  matters.
